Shantaram has taken a big step forward with the makers unveiling the first look of Tamannaah Bhatia as Jayashree. The film has already generated huge buzz with Siddhant Chaturvedi playing the iconic director. The biographical drama based on the life of cinema pioneer V. Shantaram has been one of the most talked-about upcoming films in Indian cinema. Known for shaping the language of filmmaking in India and bringing strong social themes to the screen, V. Shantaram is widely remembered as a revolutionary storyteller who transformed the industry across generations.Earlier, the makers confirmed Siddhant Chaturvedi in the lead role, calling it the most challenging and transformative role of his career. Now, the film’s team has released the first poster of Tamannaah Bhatia as Jayashree, an accomplished actress and V. Shantaram’s second wife. 二 | 针对校园周边流动摊贩占道、非机动车乱停等乱象，槐荫区城管局提前部署，实行“定人、定岗、定责”管控机制，重点整治校门口及周边占道售卖文具、小吃的流动摊点。错时值班与定点值守相结合，向商贩讲解占道经营的安全隐患与法规要求，耐心引导商贩规范经营，及时劝离占道摊位，同时引导其前往附近便民疏导点合规经营，既解决了占道问题，又守住了城市“烟火气”，通过精准施策为师生铺就一条整洁、舒心的上学路。　　攻坚顽固路　　重点路段更通畅　　占道经营整治具有长期性、反复性的特点，是城市管理的硬骨头。针对腊山立交桥等交通枢纽周边占道经营反弹问题，槐荫区城管局坚持高位推动，由局领导班子牵头组建专项攻坚队伍，实行排班值守制度，带头抓实占道经营集中整治工作，坚持疏堵结合、标本兼治，以“绣花”功夫推动城市管理顽疾治理见实效。推进构建“街道+城管+公安+交警+市场监管”五位一体联勤联动机制，攥指成拳聚合力，打破部门壁垒，实施“白+黑”全天候无缝隙管控，有效消除了管理盲区与交通隐患。在整治过程中严格落实“721”工作法，坚持“普法宣传先行、规范疏导跟进、专项整治兜底”的阶梯式处置。执法队员推行“错时巡查+定点值守+劝导规范+集中清理”的立体化管控模式，坚持柔性执法优先，引导摊贩树立规范经营意识，真正实现了“还路于民、还净于民”。　　擦亮城市窗　　雨天保洁更高效　　济南夏季多阵性降雨，道路保洁压力倍增，槐荫区城管局立足“提前防范、前置处置、雨中关注、雨后攻坚”原则，确保“雨后道路见本色，城市家具换新颜”。　　雨前“清堵”，在风雨来临前，对城区主次干道的雨水箅子进行拉网式排查，确保表面无积存垃圾，对沿街果皮箱等环卫设施及时进行就地加固、归位或挪移收纳，有效避免了风雨吹倒后散落垃圾造成路面污染和排水口堵塞。降雨过后，槐荫区城管局迅速转入雨后恢复阶段，组织力量开展全域清扫保洁、垃圾清运工作，全力清理路面残留的断枝落叶、散落杂物。　　城市管理永远在路上，为民服务没有终点，槐荫城管人始终用坚守与创新践行着“为人民管理城市”的工作理念。
